Front-row seats go to whoever camps first. So people show up three hours early, order one coffee, and wait. The whole afternoon goes into guarding a table.

Booked at 2pm for the 17.30 slot the same day, answered in 4 minutes. Our names were on a little card on the table when we got there. Small thing, completely different feeling from everywhere else.
Two kids, three and six. High chairs, staff who didn't panic, nobody staring at us. We were back the following week.
I work from here twice a week. The 100 Mbps is real and there are sockets at the inside tables. At four the laptop shuts, I move to the front row, done.
Day one was a total washout, we saw nothing. They moved our booking to two days later without me having to argue. That sunset made up for it.
The Jimbaran tuna is 155k and it's a whole fish that came in that morning. Elsewhere that price buys you a quarter of it, plus tax bolted on after.

Ask on WhatsAppDo I have to book, or can I just turn up?
You can just turn up, and most guests do. But the front row is only 42 seats. If you specifically want to be there when the sun drops, book it first so you don't miss out.
How long is a slot?
Two hours. If nobody has booked your table after you, we won't move you on. Staff will tell you if they actually need it.
Is there a minimum spend or a deposit?
Neither. A 32k coffee in the front row is fine. All we ask is a message if you're not coming.
What about parking? Can I bring a car?
Yes. 40 scooter spaces and 12 car spaces out front, free, watched until 22.30. The access road is 3.5 metres of concrete, fine for small and mid-size cars.
Is there wifi and power for working?
Yes. 100 Mbps, and sockets at 18 of the inside tables. The front row deliberately has none, which is why the laptops tend to close by themselves around four.
Can I bring a dog or small kids?
Both fine. Dogs on the upper terrace, water bowl provided. For kids there are 6 high chairs, small portions, and the stairs down to the front row are railed.
What's the dress code?
There isn't one. Straight from a surf is fine, just not soaking wet on the fabric seats. One practical warning: the floor is limestone, thin heels will catch.
What happens if it rains?
The front row has a pull-out roof covering about 60% of it. If rain means you see no sun at all, we move your booking to any day in the next 30, free. Just message us the same day.
Can you do birthdays or bigger groups?
Up to 24 people on the upper terrace. Message 3 days ahead so we can set the tables and warn the kitchen. No venue fee, and outside cake is fine.
How can I pay?
Cash, QRIS, debit and credit cards. If you're splitting, say so at the start and we'll run separate bills from the beginning instead of recalculating at the end.
About
It was a warung car park. Now it's our floor.
Opened in 2019 on a strip of land that used to be a car park. The view was all we had, so it got the most attention: a 110 cm glass rail, and not one table facing a wall.
What we heard most was that people were tired of racing for a seat. So in 2023 we cut the afternoon into two-hour slots, bookable on WhatsApp. The queue on the stairs disappeared.
The kitchen is eight people, run by Ibu Kade, 11 years in a Jimbaran hotel before this. Fish comes up from Kedonganan in the morning. If the tuna isn't good that day, it comes off the menu that day.

Late sunset table, first round is free
If you hold a 16.30 or 17.30 slot and the table isn't ready 10 minutes after it, the first round of drinks at your table doesn't go on the bill.

No reply in 10 minutes, have a coconut
During opening hours. If we're slower than that, screenshot the chat when you arrive. One whole young coconut, no argument.

Total washout, we move the booking free
If rain means you see no sun at all, your slot moves to any day within 30 days. Message us the same day, no fee.

First bite isn't good, it goes back
Off the bill, no reason needed, no finishing it first. Applies to everything from the kitchen.

The menu price is the final price
Tax and service are included. If a number shows up on your bill that isn't on the menu, your drinks that day are on us.
